BTS South Korea

Showsec is a well-known name in the events industry, both regionally and internationally. We have recently worked with long-standing partner Live Nation Korea to deliver the launch of South Korean boy band BTS’s Arirang World Tour in Seoul.
Our teams worked closely with production, local authorities, and law enforcement to ensure that nearly 200,000 attendees watched the historic performance without obstruction.

Operationally, we applied our extensive knowledge of crowd management and security procedures to provide an event management plan encompassing Directional Stewarding, Crowd Management and Traffic Management Support, with a focus on understanding local crowd dynamics and delivering thorough risk assessments tailored to the cultural needs of the area
