Quality Policy

 

1. Policy Statement

Showsec International Ltd (“Showsec”) is committed to delivering high-quality crowd management
and event security services that consistently meet or exceed customer, statutory and regulatory
requirements. Quality is central to our business strategy and underpins our commitment to
continual improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Showsec defines quality as: “Meeting or exceeding the requirements of our customers.”

 

2. Vision, Mission and Values

• Mission: To strive for excellence in crowd management and event security.
• Vision: To be the leading provider of crowd management and event security services in the
UK.
• Values: Integrity, responsibility and solution-focused behaviour.

3. Purpose

The purpose of this Quality Policy is to:

• Provide a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives
• Ensure consistent delivery of compliant and reliable services
• Support continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Promote a culture of quality across all levels of the organisation

4. Scope

This policy applies to all Showsec employees, workers, contractors and business partners involved in
the delivery of services. It covers all activities within the scope of Showsec’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality
Management System.

5. Compliance and Standards

Showsec is committed to compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual
requirements, including:
• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
• Security Industry Authority (SIA) regulatory requirements
• Applicable UK employment, health and safety and data protection legislation
The organisation maintains certification to ISO 9001:2015 and is committed to maintaining and
continually improving the effectiveness of its QMS.

6. Quality Objectives

Quality objectives are established annually and aligned with the business plan. These objectives
include, but are not limited to:

Compliance
• Regular review and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Alignment of training and briefings with SOP requirements
• Ongoing service audits and trend analysis

Product and Service Development
• Continuous improvement of operational and commercial processes
• Enhanced tender, bid and client engagement processes
• Development of standardised operational documentation

Performance against objectives is monitored using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
management review.

7. Customer Focus

Showsec places the customer at the centre of its operations by:
• Understanding and meeting customer and regulatory requirements
• Managing risks and opportunities affecting service conformity
• Measuring and analysing customer satisfaction
• Taking action to improve service delivery based on feedback and performance data

8. Risk-Based Thinking

Showsec applies risk-based thinking across its QMS to:
• Prevent non-conformities
• Reduce undesired effects
• Enhance desirable outcomes
• Support continuous improvement

Risks and opportunities are identified and addressed through business planning, audits and
management reviews.

9. Resources and Competence

Showsec ensures that adequate resources are available to support the QMS, including:

People and Competence

• Competency frameworks for operational and support roles
• Training, mentoring and development programmes
• Recording and monitoring of qualifications and competence

Infrastructure
• Offices, IT systems, communications equipment and operational tools
• Platforms including SmartG8, JotForm and SharePoint

10. Monitoring, Measurement and Analysis

Showsec monitors and measures the performance and effectiveness of the QMS through:
• Internal and external audits
• Operational and compliance checklists
• Client and staff surveys
• Analysis of incidents, complaints and non-conformities
Results are reviewed by management and used to drive continual improvement.

11. Roles, Responsibilities and Leadership
Senior leadership demonstrates commitment to the QMS by:
• Promoting a culture of quality and accountability
• Ensuring QMS requirements are integrated into business processes
• Providing resources and support
• Reviewing QMS performance and improvement actions
Overall accountability for the QMS rests with the Co-Director.

12. Communication and Awareness
The Quality Policy is communicated and made available through:
• Staff portals and intranet
• Briefings and training sessions
• Management communications
All personnel are expected to understand and apply the principles of this policy.

13. Document Control and Change Management
• QMS documentation is version-controlled and maintained on SharePoint
• Changes are planned and implemented to preserve system integrity
• Policies and procedures are reviewed regularly

14. Continual Improvement
Showsec is committed to continual improvement of the QMS through:
• Analysis of performance data
• Audit outcomes
• Management review
• Feedback from customers, employees and stakeholders

15. Review
This Quality Policy will be reviewed annually, or sooner if required due to organisational or
regulatory change.

Annual Review Statement (February 2026):

This policy was reviewed to confirm alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and applicable
statutory and regulatory obligations. Updates were made to improve clarity, structure and alignment
with Showsec’s integrated management system
