Our Training Department is committed to growing the skills of our workforce and we are always looking for ways to create opportunities for personal development.
That’s why we have a dedicated eLearning team who are creating engaging, motivating and interactive learning experiences. Each online program has been written and created in collaboration with our in-house experts and external influencers to reflect the current and future demands of the events industry. We continually review and implement guidance from industry legislation (SIA, The Green Guide and CPNI for example) to ensure the content we provide is correct and up to date.
Online courses contribute towards developing customer service skills, improving awareness and optimising industry knowledge and regulation. They are currently being redeveloped to support Showsec’ s continued growth, and provide additional learning for ambitious staff members wanting to enhance their skills and understanding in the industry.
All of our free learning is available 24/7 to staff across the business on our bespoke platform.
