Screening Administrator
Working as part of the Recruitment Department, the post holder will be responsible for screening candidates in line with BS7858 standards. Responsibilities include chasing outstanding references, verifying supporting documents, answering candidate queries over the phone or via email, and ensuring contracts are issued in a timely manner.
Working as part of a fast-paced team, the post holder will work in close partnership with the Screening Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, and Area Operations team to ensure daily goals and staffing level KPIs are achieved.
What you will be doing
- Working to achieve daily volume targets and KPIs set by the Screening Team Leader and/or Recruitment Manager, ensuring maximum success is achieved
- Chasing referees for pending work history information
- Reviewing supporting documentation sent in by candidates
- Investigating inconsistencies within screening files
- Acting as the first point of contact for screening queries, dealing with candidates over the telephone and through email
- Supporting other Recruitment teams in their day-to-day tasks as and when required
