Resource Planning Administrator
Join us and you’ll be part of a fast-paced team that provide a key function to the success of Showsec. The role provides a front-line support service to national operations teams through engagement, co-ordination, first touch resolution of the staffing database.
The Department is open seven days a week. The hours are set according to business needs and may vary throughout the year on a rota.
What you will be doing
- Working in a team environment, acting as the initial support contact for our Casual Workforce. Engaging and supporting casual workers in business digitalisation and the function of the Showsec App
- Accountability and ownership of tasks needed to support the operational function
- Providing first contact resolution, building sustainable relationships and trust with our national Operations team
- Managing operational change requests
- Create innovative advertisements to engage the casual workforce
- Finding efficient solutions to critical issues
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies in handling Casual Workforce complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

What we need from you
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a busy office environment is desirable
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Computer literate and competent at using Microsoft Office 365.
