IT Manager
We are seeking a visionary IT Transformation and Collaboration Lead to lead the development and execution of forward-thinking IT strategies that drive innovation and foster seamless collaboration across Group IT.
This pivotal role will spearhead digital transformation initiatives, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure robust integration with the parent company’s infrastructure. A key focus will be on harnessing AI technologies to elevate service delivery and enhance user experience.
Having demonstratable experience in leading cross functional IT teams managing complex projects within a multi-site or group structure, including expertise in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you will be doing
- Serve as the primary interface with Group IT to ensure strategic alignment across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives
- Coordinate joint projects, shared services, and system integrations to maximise synergy and efficiency
- Represent local IT interests in group-wide governance forums and strategic planning discussions
- Cultivate a culture of innovation by identifying and deploying emerging technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions
- Evaluate, pilot, and scale new tools and platforms that align with strategic goals and organisational growth
- Lead structured innovation programmes, including ideation workshops and cross-functional collaboration sessions.

- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Support cross-departmental digital transformation initiatives
- Point of contact for all development opportunities within our internal software stack Ensure IT services are available and responsive during peak operational periods, including evenings and weekends as required
- Oversee the performance, reliability, and security of companywide infrastructure and systems
- Lead IT policy development, procurement processes, vendor relationships, and asset lifecycle management
- Manage IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in line with business priorities
- Implement and maintain robust backup and redundancy protocols to support business continuity.
- Lead and mentor a diverse IT team, including internal staff and third-party developers/support engineers
- Promote continuous learning through structured training programmes and skills matrix development
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that supports career progression and talent retention
- Any other duties as required for this role

What we need from you
- Right to Work in the UK**
- Experience with the following systems is a must – Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI), Zendesk, SQL data management and reporting, Proficiency in backup and redundancy planning and execution and a deep understanding of innovation frameworks and change management methodologies.
- Experience managing IT Teams and IT Projects
