eLearning Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an eLearning Administrator to work in the Training & Development Department at Showsec’s head office by the historic New Walk in Leicester City Centre. Conveniently located within walking distance of Leicester train station and the city centre. We are looking for an eLearning Administrator to join our Training & Development department at our Leicester head office. This role is central to the smooth running, quality assurance and continual improvement of Showsec’s eLearning provision. You will manage the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), support the design and maintenance of digital learning content, and act as a key point of contact for learners, trainers, and stakeholders across the business.

What you will be doing
- Support the development, update and quality assurance of eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
- Maintain consistent standards across courses, including structure, branding, accessibility and learner experience.
- Test all digital learning materials prior to release to ensure they are accurate, functional and fit for purpose.
- Support version updates driven by legislative change, operational updates or organisational learning needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for colleagues across the business regarding eLearning access, progress and completion.
- Liaise with trainers, managers and subject matter experts to support learning delivery and course updates.
- Produce reports on learner engagement, progress, completion and compliance for internal stakeholders.
- Support the analysis of learner data and feedback to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records in line with internal governance and external audit requirements.
- Evaluate the operation of the eLearning administrator duties and suggest innovations and improvements.
- Administer and maintain Showsec’s Learning Management System, ensuring accuracy of user data, completion records and reporting.
- Act as first-line support for system and user issues, liaising with partners and internal teams where required.
- Ensure platform performance, accessibility and usability meet organisational and learner needs.
- Support wider Training & Development projects and administrative activities as required.

What we need from you
- Right to work in the UK**
- Maths GCSE or equivalent (C or above )**
- English GCSE or equivalent (C or above )**
- A background in any of the following areas: Media/Graphic Design/Marketing/eLearning
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of written communication

Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at different levels of seniority

Desirable Criteria
- An understanding of Articulate 360 software (Rise and Storyline skills)
- Strong IT skills including Excel and web-based programs
- Forward thinking and confidence to present new ideas to the department
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or digital learning platform
- Experience supporting or developing eLearning or digital training content
- Background in learning & development, eLearning, digital media, education, or training administration
- Understanding of compliance-led or regulated learning environments
