Communications and Marketing Administrator

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Communications and Marketing Administrator to support our Communications & Marketing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, while contributing to our team’s success.
As a Casual Communications and Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Communications & Marketing Department. You will assist with administrative tasks, manage internal communications, help maintain digital content, and monitor social media platforms.
This is an office based role in Leicester
What you will be doing
- Provide administrative support for inbound enquiries via email and online channels.
- Manage and guide casual staff on the use of our internal staff communications platform (training provided).
- Monitor and assist with content management on the company’s social media platforms.
- Catalogue and maintain the digital asset library, including images and other media.
- Assist with the drafting, scheduling, and delivery of communications across various channels.

A competitive hourly rate of £14.12, including accrued holiday pay.*
*Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked in accordance with your average pay rate over the previous 52 worked weeks. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly.

What we need from you
- GCSE English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with staff and management at all levels.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior customer service experience is desirable.
- Marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
