Casual Staff Coordinator
Showsec has a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Staff Coordinator to join our HR team at our Head Office in Leicester.
This vital role focuses on engaging and supporting our large team of casual workers, helping to ensure their experience with Showsec is positive, professional, and aligned with our company values. From advising managers on staff-related concerns to assisting with investigations and performance matters, this is an opportunity to make a real impact across our operations.
As part of the HR team, you’ll be involved in maintaining and updating key processes and policies, contributing to ongoing project work, and supporting recruitment efforts as needed. You’ll help ensure that all casual staff are treated fairly and consistently, while also managing general administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly.
What you will be doing
- Support and maintain engagement with Casual workers
- Advising managers on dealing with issues and concerns in relation to casual staff members
- Support the operations team with investigating complaints from casual staff members and performance concerns
- Updating company process and policies to ensure efficiency
- Supporting with a variety of project work
- Assisting with company recruitment when required
- Ensuring our company polices are applied fairly and consistently to all casual workers
- General administration duties

- Salary of £31,690 per annum
- 37.5 hours a week

What we need from you
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage difficult conversations
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (Desirable)
- Good understanding of employment law
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
