Casual Staff Coordinator
As a Casual Staff Coordinator, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and contribute to the on-going development of the business.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this role is ideal for a confident, hardworking individual, and provides the ideal opportunity to further advance in their career path with scope to be involved in HR related matters.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and support engagement with Casual Workers
- Ensuring our company polices are applied fairly and consistently to all casual workers
- Advising managers on dealing with issues and concerns in relation to casual staff members
- Supporting the Operations teams with investigating complaints from casual staff members
- Supporting with a variety of project work
- Assisting with company recruitment when required
- General administration duties

What we need from you
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administration skills
- Able to manage difficult conversations
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Computer literate and competent at using Microsoft Office
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience is desirable
- Keen interest and/or desire to learn about HR Operations
