Manchester in Our Hearts – 9th Anniversary

The 22nd of May will always be a deeply poignant date for everyone at Showsec. As we mark the 9th anniversary of the attack at the Arena, we remember those who lost their lives, the families and friends living with that loss, and everyone who continues to cope with life‑changing injuries and enduring psychological trauma.

We also pause to honour the extraordinary courage shown by frontline staff that night. Our thoughts are especially with our Showsec colleagues who were on duty in the Arena, acting quickly to help the injured and support the evacuation. Your actions reflected the very best of our values.

Together, we stand in remembrance, in solidarity with all those affected, and in our shared commitment to creating safer environments for everyone.
