Training Team Leader
The Training Team Leader oversees the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training provision for Showsec’s workforce. The role provides direct support to the Training Manager, Senior Trainer and eLearning Team Leader, while line managing the Training Administration function, ensuring all training activity is delivered efficiently, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with organisational standards.

What you will be doing
- Support or lead on scheduling and coordinating all training and development activity for staff across the organisation, and support with
- Line manage and support Training Administrators, including workload allocation, performance, and development
- Oversee all training course administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Develop and coordinate targeted training plans to meet specific operational or area needs
- Liaise with operational teams and all other support services to align training delivery with business requirements
- Engage and consult with external partners and commercial clients to support training delivery and opportunities
- Collate, analyse, and report on training data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Support the rollout and implementation of new training initiatives and programmes across the business
- Ensure training activities remain compliant with relevant legislation, industry standards, and organisational policies
- Attending training courses to support Trainers where required
- Quality assurance of training activity
- Any other duties commensurate with the post.
